One-Man Operable Wall Track Installation

Punching the beam is actually an added cost to the customer. We prefer to do it because 1) we know it's right & 2) we increase our contract amount. However, most of the time the beam is pre-punched by the? GC. We wanted to show that using a mag drill is cost effective & can be done when only 1 man does the installation.
