My Big-Fat Greek.....Operable Wall

My Big-Fat  GREEK...Operable Wall

I attended a cousin's wedding this past weekend at Stonebrook Manor, an event center located in the north end of the Denver, CO metro area.  It was a nice ceremony held outside in their beautiful gardens.   The reception was held immediately afterward in their event hall.  The food and entertainment was great.  Being a wall-guy, I couldn't help but notice the operable walls that divided the space.  Turns out, there was another wedding party on the other side of the wall at the same time.  The acoustic carpet finish on the panels kept the noise from bouncing around within the rooms and the high acoustics of the partition itself made it unnoticeable that there was a DJ blasting Justin Bieber on the other side.  What a great usage of space division to maximize profits and pleasing the proverbial “Bridezilla(s)" all at the same time.  No runaway brides at these parties!
