Freight Considerations

Shipments are made by the least expensive surface method, except when you request special routing at the time of order. On small parcel ground shipments, we use UPS, unless you specify otherwise. Several items in this website “dim out” to a larger weight than their actual physical weight. When one item ships alone, it may have to ship under its dimensional weight or may incur an “Oversize” charge under UPS regulations. Some items may also be too big for UPS, and will ship common carrier. If in doubt, please request a freight estimate.

All shipments are prepaid and added to the invoice.

Freight Cost

Freight costs are computed based on ship to zip code location, freight carrier minimum charges and/or size and weight of products ordered. Freight charges are based on delivery to company docks. Carriers may charge extra fees for residential deliveries, deliveries of large or heavy items needing a lift gate to unload to ground level, call before delivery request, inside delivery request ( means carrier takes shipment off of truck and moves it to closest indoor location). For special requirements please specify in Comment/Ordering Instructions below.

Yes, we offer free shipping based on the dollar value of your order. If your order is $7500.00 or more, shipping within the "CONTINENTAL" United States we pay the freight. There ARE exceptions to this freight policy if you are located in a high freight zone such as Alaska or Hawaii for example. We will still attempt to absorb as much of the shipping charges as possible, while still maintaining a small margin. In any event if Projector Screen & Partition Outlet needs to adjust it's freight policy, you will be contacted before your order is processed.
